Our client wanted an environment where women tech makers could come together, network, discuss the struggles of being a woman in the male-dominated tech space and come up with new ways to support one another. For this, they required a space for ‘fireside chats’ and inclusive discussions and another space which would serve as a lunch area and a networking area where women could meet their mentors or form lasting partnerships and even begin collaborating.

It was important for us to have the right kind of lounge seats in the networking area, as well as the right kind of entertainment to set the mood for these women, as well as the right kind of setting, so that guests didn’t feel like they were coming for a panel, but rather an intimate conversation about women in technology in Nigeria.
