Kunmi Ariyo

Founder & CEO

Meet Kunmi Ariyo, Founder and CEO of Mirus Events – a top event management company based in Nigeria. With over 9 years of experience in the industry, he’s a global consultant, speaker, facilitator, and content creator for all things events.

He’s passionate about corporate and tech events because he believes data is the new ‘oil’. Kunmi is committed to creating impactful, memorable events and promoting collaborations in the industry. His online series, LET’S TALK EVENTS, is a favourite among event enthusiasts across Africa. He’s currently the President of the International Live Events Association (ILEA) Nigerian chapter.

Divine Nwosisi

Technical & Production

Meet Divinefavor Gabriel-Nwosisi – an Economics and Management graduate from Nnamdi Azikiwe University with a passion for guiding products from conception to completion. As an event manager, she oversees the production and flow of events while using her networking and client management skills to ensure end-customer satisfaction.

Her love for learning new things keeps her skills sharp, making her a valuable resource in cross-functional teams. When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling and reading.

Gabriel Nwosisi

Branding & Design

Meet Gabriel Nwosisi, a biochemistry graduate turned self-taught graphics designer and event coordinator at Mirus Events. Gabriel’s creativity in graphics design has been combined with his experience working in various fields, including as a lab assistant and providing software engineering solutions at Silver Bells Communication.

He also has experience as a Sales/production manager at StunninBlu Interiors. His passion for visual arts and versatility in creativity has led him to excel in the events industry, working on projects for big names such as Google, YouTube, and DHL through his work at Mirus Events.

ANITA IGBINEWEKA

GUEST HOSPITALITY & MANAGEMENT

Meet Anita Igbinieweka, an Event Coordinator at Mirus Events with over 6 years of experience in guest experience management. Her career started as a professional event hostess, working at Q21 Solutions, Enthyst Events, and other agencies before evolving her interpersonal relationship skills into ensuring seamless guest management at any event.

Anita takes full responsibility for coordinating the enthralling hostess experiences delivered at Mirus Events, working closely with a selection of well-trained hosts and hostesses. With a National Diploma (OND) in Estate Management and Valuation from Yaba College of Technology and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in International Relations from Caleb University, Nigeria, Anita is a self-inspired fashion model as well.

ADERONKE OLATUNJI

CATERING & VENUE MANAGEMENT

Meet Aderonke Olatunji, a talented Event Coordinator who has been responsible for catering and venue management at Mirus Events since 2017. With her exceptional event management skills, Aderonke has created unforgettable moments for clients such as OVH, YouTube, and Google.

Despite her busy schedule, Aderonke still finds time to pursue her passion for fashion design, where she creates custom designs from her incredible imagination. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Lagos, Aderonke has proven that her creativity and expertise know no bounds.

VALENTINE CHUKWUKERE

DECOR & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

Meet Valentine Chukwukere, a computer scientist turned event coordinator with a passion for executing intricate events. With over 5 years of experience managing experiential events, Valentine’s expertise lies in delivering seamless processes from ideation to final execution. His fascination with design engineering began during his time at Trellis Group and Goch Tech Limited, and he joined Mirus Events in 2018 to pursue his love for event planning.

Valentine’s particular interest in wedding projects makes him a valuable asset to the team.
