The client required us to transform a completely bare space for this event. We had to install false walls, electricity, lighting, sound, a stage with a large LED screen, a band riser, carpeting, furniture and photo experiences all from scratch.

This venue was transformed and tailored specifically to suit this week-long event. 

We created a space for the YouTube master class, a space for guests to meet with YouTubers, a catering space, a green room and a main area for the evening. This area was set up with lounge and cocktail furniture to make guests as relaxed as possible. 

With every day of the week being a completely different challenge, our versatility was put to the test.
