Over the last couple of years, Google has had its ‘Google for Nigeria’ event where new apps, products and features specifically relevant to the Nigerian market are revealed. This year the event was divided into a conference and an exhibition.

We had a marquee erected next to our venue with a tunnel walkway joining bot structures and in this marquee, we built a number of ‘sandboxes’ which are physical structures representing various Google products to give guests a walk-in experience of the client’s products.

The main venue was designed so that guests could be seated as though at a relaxed conference, network and still listen to/visualize clients’ presentations on the stage and large LED screen which served as its backdrop.

Our hostesses were a key element and handled guest arrival and registration quickly without queues as well as the guest transition from the conference to the exhibition area.
