This was a two-day event, centred on staff growth and appreciation.
Our client wanted to spend the first-day showing staff their achievements over the year and giving each of their departments the opportunity to show how they had made the year a success. For this, we made the first half of the hall a roundtable conference area facing a large stage for speeches and panel sessions, while we built stalls for every single company department in the second half of the hall so that guests could walk in and find out how other departments of their company functioned.
For day two, the client wanted to turn the same space into a banquet hall where staff achievements could be celebrated and guests could generally have a good time. The turnover for day two was intense but our vendors pulled through, filling the hall with banquet tables, setting up additional risers for the band and DJ (inclusive of band instruments), setting up cocktail and alcohol bars and even building a petroleum product themed photo booth that was the attraction of the night.
This event was full of laughter, excitement and music. Just the way we like it at Mirus.
