For this large tech event, the client required three main things.

A large conference space for guests to watch presentations, speeches and startup competitors on stage, a number of rooms setup for breakout sessions and master classes and space for event partners and sponsors to display and speak about their various products and services. 

The client also wanted guest movement throughout the event to be seamless. From registration to the sponsor stalls to the conference area and the breakout sessions, it was important that we manage a large number of guests and made their movement seem effortless. This meant that along with proving a number of hostesses for the event, we were required to also build plenty of signage to ensure that guests always knew where they were going at all times.
